About Between the Voids
Between the Voids is a space for reflection when a life still works — but no longer feels entirely true.
Not moments of crisis.
Not breakdowns.
But the quieter recognition that something once fitting has begun to loosen.
The writing here is not instructional.
It doesn’t offer guidance, frameworks, or answers.
It isn’t designed to motivate, fix, or optimise.
It exists to help bring language to experiences that are often felt privately and named rarely.
For many years, my work lived in financial markets — building systems, trading, and watching how human behaviour changes under pressure. Over time, it became clear that the same patterns appear far beyond markets: in careers, identities, and lives that continue to function even as their internal alignment fades.
Between the Voids grew out of that observation.
This work isn’t presented as a system to follow or a sequence to complete.
Nothing here asks you to decide what comes next.
Some people come only to read and recognise.
Others stay longer, when the time is right for something more structured.
Both are valid.
The purpose of this space is not to move you forward, but to help you see clearly where you already are.
What comes after that doesn’t need to be rushed.
You can read one piece and leave.
You can return occasionally.
You can sit with a paragraph and stop.
If you are here, you are not late, and you are not behind.
You are simply paying attention.
